Established back in 1954 Selwyn Village, located in Point Chevalier Auckland and owned by The Selwyn Foundation is one of New Zealand’s first retirement villages.

The Selwyn Foundation's village philosophy is of providing ‘a continuum of care’. So alongside independent retirement living option, Selwyn Village has its own rest home, dementia and hospital care.
